【貨品】
預購貨品定價已包含貨品及由供應商運送至本店的費用。
- 訂單生效後,即使其後貨品價格產生浮動,貨品於該訂單的定價將不能修改。
- 本店未能確保預訂貨品的質素,而本店提供的照片/資料/建議只作參考,因此顧客有責任於提交訂單前了解所訂購的貨品資料。最終貨品將以實際到貨時為準,而本店不會因圖片色差,一般產品瑕疵或相近問題而作出退換或取消訂單。
【訂單確認】
- 網站訂單:請於確認購買前核對訂單內容。訂單一經提交,不得更改。同時,訂單一經提交,顧客即視為同意及確認訂單內容,並受本條款約束。
- Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp 訂單:於付款前或後,本店將會回覆確認訂單貨品。若回覆確認通知中存有任何不符/錯誤,而顧客未有於 1 小時內通知本店修收,顧客即視為同意及確認訂單內容,並受本條款約束。其後,本店不會就此承擔任何責任,作出退款或取消訂單。
- 若訂單中部份貨品因不同原因而缺貨,本店將於完成交易前退回該貨品的訂購款項 (如有),而訂單內容將被修改。除非顧客於訂單確認前要求訂單內所有貨品需成功訂購,而同時收到本店的確認外,訂單將繼續生效。
- 貨品配件(如鞋盒或鞋袋),請務必於訂購前查詢,而本店不接受顧客以貨品配件不乎預期為由申請退款。
- 如需要指定日期前收貨,請於訂購前查詢。
- 到貨後如尺碼,款式等不合,於正常情況下不設任何形式退換,而店員之建議 (如尺碼) 純屬參考。
- 預訂貨品一般於14 – 30日到貨,但因應貨運之不確定性,本店不接受顧客以超出貨品預計到貨日期為由作出退款或任何補償申請。
【訂金】
- 付訂金後務必展示收據,於本店確認後訂單即時生效。
- 除貨品缺貨或損壞外,訂金於任何情況下均不可退還,修改。
- 若貨品缺貨/損壞,本店將即時通知顧客,而顧客可選擇更換貨品或取消訂單。若顧客選擇取消訂單,本店將以門市退款或銀行轉帳等方式退還訂金。
Part 2: 退換貨政策
【交付安排】
- 到貨通知後,顧客可選擇觀塘門市自取貨品 或 順豐到付。
- 如以順豐快遞收貨,請先付清訂金尾數。
- 如通知到貨後,客人於 60 天內仍未能取貨或付全數金額,顧客將則視作放棄交易,而訂金及貨品將收歸本店。
- 請參閱《運送政策》以獲取更多資訊。
【交易完成及退換貨】
- 預訂貨品,於貨品出門後而顧客收貨後未有即時提出退換要求,即視為交易完成,恕不退換。
- 本店不會因圖片色差,一般產品瑕疵或相近問題而作出退換。
- 本店只會在嚴重訂單錯誤時(如貨品與訂單貨品款色,碼數不符等等),接受退換申請。
- 退款不包括支付機構(如PayPal)所收取的手續費。

In these General Terms and Conditions, “Bootmeister”, “Bootmeister 波砵專門店”, “we” or “us” means Bootmeister (Business Registration No. 55982863-000) whose registered office at 822, Shing Yip Industrial Building, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong and “you”, “user” or “customer” means any person or entity which places an order with us and/or uses any functions on our website.
These General Terms and Conditions shall not be applicable to any persons or entities who/which are not dealing as consumers, which may include B2B members, persons who purchased the product(s) for purposes which do not correspond to reasonable individual or household needs (subject to the Assessment (as defined below)), companies, professionals, businesses, NGOs, clubs, schools or government bodies.
We may revise these General Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Revised versions of these General Terms and Conditions shall appear on our website and are rendered effective immediately. Continued placing an order with us or use of our website upon any such changes signifies your consent to or acceptance of such amendments.
To the fullest extent as permitted by the relevant laws and regulations, shall any dispute, inconsistency or controversy arise, Bootmeister retains the right to accept or refuse the request for refund or exchange, and this decision shall be final.
1. Orders
1.1 User Registration
You will need to register with Bootmeister to place an order through this website. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if we suspect that any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Sites or your account.
If you are under 18, we ask that you get your parents or legal guardians’ permissions before completing your account registration. You must gain the bill payers permission before you place an order online. By continuing to use this website and any of the services offered, you are confirming that you have received the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Purchasing of Goods
All orders placed on our websites do not constitute a contract. All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions and are subject to acceptance by Bootmeister. When orders are placed on our websites, we will send an order confirmation that the order request has been acknowledged and under processing, this email does not constitute acceptance of the order. Our acceptance of the order is confirmed when delivery of the order is made to you or when the order is picked up at our store by you.
By submitting your payment details to Bootmeister, you accept that we will capture funds at the time of order, Bootmeister will not accept liability for any charges applied by your card provider relating to the transaction.
Bootmeister reserves the right to decline orders for bulk/high value purchases or the identification of a pricing or product description error. We reserve the right to change price and availability information without notice.
1.2.1 General Orders
As part of the order confirmation process, we will then request authorisation of payment from your card issuer, the full value of the order will be captured from your card issuer. This still does not constitute acceptance of the order.
1.2.2 Pre-Order Item
If you are purchasing a Pre-order Item, the full value of the order will be captured from your card issuer when the order is first placed. You shall ensure you have adequate funds in your account at the time of order.
1.2.3 Personalisation Items
If you are purchasing a personalized item, the payment will be taken before the item is sent for personalisation.
1.2.4 Limited Editions
Limited Editions – Please note that in the case of limited edition products, there may be extra restrictions such as limiting the number of products per customer. These extra restrictions will be made known to you via the website when ordering.
1.3 Pre-Order Items
If you are purchasing a Pre-order Item, the full value of the order will be captured from your card issuer when the order is first placed. You shall ensure you have adequate funds in your account at the time of order.
Pre-order dates are provisional and we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for your time, or services paid for if there are delays or non-supply of product.
1.4 Customisation, User Content and Personalisation
If you are purchasing a personalised item, all personalisation dates, in addition to the product order lead time, are provisional and we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for your time, or services paid for if there are delays or non-supply of product.
Once an order containing personalised items has begun the personalisation process it cannot be changed or cancelled. All personalised items cannot be returned unless an item has a genuine manufacturer’s fault.
Bootmeister reserves the right to utilise our knowledge and expertise in positioning, sizing and the method of personalisation and customisation. Any images shown on our site indicate only a rough guide as to how the finished item will appear.
By placing your order for personalised or customised items you agree that Bootmeister will use the guidelines provided by you during the order placing process to determine an appropriate and suitable way to personalise or customise your order and you agree to accept the decisions made Bootmeister makes when using the guidelines provided by you.
1.4.1 Heat-Pressed Personalisation
Names and flags are both heat pressed on the lateral (outer) side of the boots. If only a flag is requested, with no name personalisation, it will likewise be pressed on the lateral (outer) side..
1.4.2 User Uploaded Content
If you upload images to our website to be used when personalising or customising a team wear order you must provide the highest resolution file that you are able to supply. If the image is not of sufficient quality, we may not be able to accept your order and we will contact you to obtain a better quality image or alternatively offer a ‘re-drawing’ service for a fee of HK$300 to make your image usable.
You must have the right to use any images that you upload in the way that you intend for them to be used. You must also have the right for us to use the images in the way that you request for us to use them. By uploading images to our site you are informing us that you have the right for the images to be used by you and by us. You must not upload any images where you do not have the right to do so and you will be liable for the consequences of any copyright infringement. By uploading images to our site you agree that you have ensured that your intended use of that image does not:
Infringe anyone’s copyright – you are either the copyright owner or the copyright owner has granted you permission to use the image on your item;
Infringe upon anyone’s privacy or data protection rights – any people used in images or whose data is used in any part of your customised kit shall have fully consented for this to take place and you shall obtain written approval that such consent has been provided. Bootmeister will not be held liable if you have failed to do so;
Infringe any other rights, such as a trademark, of any person or entity;
Contravene any law;
Include anything that is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, threatening, defamatory or might cause needless harassment, alarm, distress, upset, embarrassment, annoyance or inconvenience to any person;
Contain material that is obscene, indecent or offensive or promotes discrimination or incites hatred or violence; and
Contain any computer virus, macro virus, trojan horse, worm or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or to covertly intercept or access data or personal data without authority.
We prohibit the use of our upload service to anyone contravening any of the terms of our User Uploaded Content Rules (as detailed above)
1.5 Payment Method
ALL prices shown on the website are for Cash / Bank Transfer / FPS only. Prices for all other payment methods will vary as below. Prices will be automatically updated in the shopping cart during payment.

All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer/account provider and we will only accept your order and a binding Contract will only be formed between us when we have taken payment in full in cleared funds for the Products you have ordered and when we have sent you a Dispatch email.
There might be some exceptions where certain payment methods won’t be available. You will only see the options available to you in the checkout process.
If you’re using a voucher / discount code and the amount on the voucher / discount code doesn’t cover the order cost, you can pay the remaining amount with another accepted method.
If you’re using a voucher / discount code and you don’t spend the whole amount, the remaining balance cannot be retained anymore and will not be returned to you.
1.6 Payment Currencies
ALL prices shown on the website are in Hong Kong Dollars only.
If you requested to pay the orders in other currencies, please contact our customer services for more details.
2. Delivery
2.1 Transit Time
Your order will normally be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then usually within 7 calendar days for in-stock items and within 45 calendar days for back-order items after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances or Public Holidays.
Business account orders are subject to individual approval, hence their delivery date may vary case by case.
Pre-order dates are provisional and we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for your time, or services paid for if there are delays or non-supply of product. It is expressly agreed that the expected delivery date is given in good faith and no claim for delay shall be entertained in any circumstances.
2.2 Local (Hong Kong) Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address within Hong Kong (subject to the restrictions in the paragraph below) you specify when placing your order, unless you opt (where available) to collect it from our local store.
A list of available delivery options will be displayed when you check out your order on bootmeister.com. The options shown will vary based on the items in your basket, their size, weight, the destination address and the day and time when the order is confirmed.
If you opt for Self Pick Up at our store(s), please take with you the order number and/or confirmation message or email, along with some form of identification with a picture (such as an ID card or a passport).
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box, similar addresses or locations that require queuing up for pick up or delivery, such as the airport, restricted areas, warehouses, areas where trucks are prohibited, etc.. Products within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
We offer a variety of couriers for product deliveries. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for.
Deliveries will be made to your door provided that there is a lift service to your premises. If no lift service is available at your premises, the courier may charge you an additional fee for each floor except the ground floor. For details of the additional fee, please contact the courier.

2.3 Macau and Taiwan Delivery
For delivery to Macau or Taiwan areas, Bootmeister provides the following delivery options to customers when the order is being confirmed:-

To fulfil the Authority’s requirements, customers are required to provide their (1) full name and (2) ID card number by the time of ordering.
2.4 International Delivery (Outside Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
For delivery to other countries / areas outside Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, Bootmeister provides the following preliminary delivery options to customers when the order is being confirmed:-

Delivery charges and timescales will vary depending on the weight of the order, the delivery location and the delivery method you select when you submit an order to us. An approximate estimate of delivery timescales and the delivery charges you can expect to pay when you order Products from the site will be added to the shopping when the time of payment.
2.4.1 Import Duties and Taxes in Destination Country
Please note that your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination country. You will be responsible for disclosure and payment of any such import duties and taxes. We accept no liability for any additional charges levied by the government of the destination country. You acknowledge and accept liability for any such charges applied by the destination country government and/or tax authorities and/or other regulatory authority. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
2.4.2 Non-Acceptance of Delivery
If you order Products from us that are to be delivered to a country outside Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Areas and if you/the recipient refuse to accept delivery of the Products you purchased without a reasonable justification (for example, a reasonable justification would be because the Products we have sent to you do not conform to your order), the courier may be forced to return the items to us. In such circumstances, we may be required to pay additional charges to the courier and/or other persons in respect of the cost of return. Such additional charges may include payment by us of customs and/or import duties and taxes that would have been payable by you had the delivery of the Products been accepted. We reserve the right to recover these costs/charges from you by way of a deduction of the relevant amount from any refund owed to you. Before we issue a refund to you (if any), we will inform you of the additional charges we have incurred (and therefore the amount will offset any refund owed to you).
3. Return/Refund/Exchange Eligibility Criteria
3.1 General Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
All goods supplied by Bootmeister are from official sources and covered by the retailer warranty (subject to: wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse).
Subject to other provisions of this clause, you can return any defective or unused item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange the same item for an alternative size as detailed in. The items must be returned in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes must be returned along with the original shoe box, any tags attached and in new condition (not used outside or on an abrasive surface).
Based on the Assessment, our Bootmeister team will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether the product(s) may be eligible for an Exchange/Return.
3.2 Guarantee Size Change Scheme
Without prejudice to other clauses, you shall enjoy Bootmeister’s Guarantee Size Change Scheme for all Products purchased from our website and remarked with the Guarantee Size Change Badges in the product detail pages, subject to availability of the alternative sizes which you request to exchange to.
You shall inform Bootmeister and return at your own costs (either by delivery or by person to our store) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of the same item for an alternative size. The items must be returned in their original and saleable condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes must be returned along with the original shoe box, any tags attached and in new condition (not used outside or on an abrasive surface).
3.3 Early Notice Prerequisite
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if there is any damage to our product delivered to you in case of an Online Purchase, you undertake to notify us of the damage in writing within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of delivery of the products as a condition precedence of refund/return/exchange, failing which we may assume that there is no damage to the aforesaid product and/or no need for any refund/request/exchange.
3.4 Returnable Conditions
Subject to the foregoing, save where there is product quality issue, each product is allowed Refund/Exchange once only, such product for Refund/Exchange must be in a saleable condition.
Further, the original packaging and labelling must be presented upon the Refund/Exchange. Our Bootmeister team will carry out the assessment of the conditions of the product(s) in question (“Assessment”) and will reserve the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine whether the requested Refund/Exchange can be accepted.
3.5 Exclusions
We will NOT accept any Return/Refund/Exchange for the following products:
(i) Products that were/are obtained by you via Return/Refund/Exchange unless a quality issue arises at the time of obtaining such products;
(ii) Perishable products, personal safety equipment and personalized products including but not limited to underwear, socks, footwear and swimwear;
(iii) Products that were/are used without paying due regard to the instructions and/or directions provided by the user manual or attached or affixed to the packing or the product itself (as the case may be);
(iv) Products that were/are damaged due to use for longer than service life or improper purpose;
(v) Products which exhibit material differences from their original condition;
(vi) Products with unclean appearance;
(vii) Products which have been obtained by unlawful means;
(viii) Products which are regarded as classic collection models;
(ix) Products with cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, broken plastic on ports or other cosmetic damages;
(x) Products with normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the product(s);
(xi) Products with damage caused by use with a third party component or product which is not certified by us;
(xii) Products with damage caused by accident, abuse, earthquake, fire, liquid contact, misuse or other external causes; and
(xiii) Products with damage caused by unauthorised service or modification including but not limited to adjustment, alteration, commissioning, installation, maintenance or modification in any way by any person who is not authorised by us.
Legal and Liabilities
4.1 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures or any other causes beyond our control.
4.2 You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any of your rights and obligations under these General Terms and Conditions to any other third party without our prior written consent.
4.3 If any provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are construed to be illegal or invalid, they shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. The illegal or invalid provision shall be deleted from these General Terms and Conditions and no longer incorporated herein but all other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall continue.
4.4 These General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
4.5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, for products to which special terms and conditions (if any) apply, these General Terms and Conditions shall comply with the special terms and conditions which shall prevail in case of any conflict or discrepancy between them.
4.6 No person other than you will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the rights of any provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
4.7 These General Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and Chinese. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions, the former shall prevail.
4.8 Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Bootmeister and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions.
